AAP MP may be suspended

Both houses of parliament witnessed uproarious scenes on Friday, leading to their adjournment, over the video footage circulated by Aam Aadmi Party Lok Sabha member Bhagwant Mann.

Thirteen people had laid down their lives for the security of parliament, she said referring to the terror attack of December 13, 2001.

"The security procedures have to be a secret", he said, adding that the Lok Sabha should take action against the MP.

Reports suggest Speaker Sumita Mahajan has taken note of the AAP MP's video and is likely to call him.

Mann was summoned by the Lok Sabha Speaker for the video, sources said.

Tesla urged to disable automatic steering after fatal crash

Mahajan said among others Kirit Somaiya, Maheish Giri, Udit Raj (all BJP) and Prem Singh Chandumajra (Akali Dal) had given privilege motion notices against Mann while Biju Janata Dal leader B. Mahtab has given a complaint note against the AAP member.

Mann on Thursday shot a video clip of his journey from home to Parliament House, passing various security check points, and live streamed it on Facebook, drawing flak from MPs for putting Parliament security at risk.

The ministry is concerned Mann's controversial video may have compromised the security apparatus inside Parliament.

Ruling BJP members shouting slogans moved into the aisles, forcing him to adjourn the House till noon.

"I have written to the Speaker tendering an unconditional apology".

Tesla owner says his car also crashed in autopilot
The driver allegedly told police that Autopilot had been engaged at the time of the crash. The driver and a passenger were injured, according to the police report .

"I will make a statement in the house to put across my view and apologise", Mr Mann said after the meeting.

He also says the process is entirely transparent and shows how the lucky draw is carried out to select the questions. "I'm talking to everyone on what action should be taken". "I will appear before it", Mann said.

Bhagwant Mann is now in the eye of the storm for shooting a live video on his way to parliament. She said this matter is above ethics or privilege as it concerns the security of Parliament and MPs who are the representatives of the people.

The proceedings in the upper house were also stalled as members Naresh Gujral, Anand Sharma and Sitaram Yechury demanded action against Mann even while BJP members trooped near the Chairman's podium shouting slogans.

Question Hour was adjourned after barely 10 minutes as all parties sought "immediate action" against Mann.
