Majority of Americans Say Media Is 'Too Critical' of Trump

It came as Mr Trump's approval ratings took a nosedive in SC - a state in which the Republican President won with a 14 percentage point margin over Hillary Clinton in the election three months ago. Unfortunately, since I wrote that piece, Trump and his entire administration have effectively tripled-down on their war against the American news media and have taken unprecedented actions to counter it.

Public opinion polls indicate approval ratings for U.S. President Donald Trump are at a record low for a newly inaugurated commander in chief, a reflection on his performance during his first month in office as well as the continuing sharp political divide among American voters.

Forty-eight percent say they disapprove of Trump's performance as president, and 32 percent said his performance thus far shows he's not up to being president.

Trump's ratings have come just two days before he is set to address a joint session of Congress, a State of the Union-style speech in which new presidents usually lay out their vision for the country, NBC News reported. His predecessor, in contrast, started off with a net positive 34 percent, while George H.W. Bush had a net positive of 45 percent.

Jamie Chung to Play Blink in Fox's Marvel Pilot From Bryan Singer
Chung appeared as Mulan on ABC's Once Upon a Time and is set to portray a recurring role on the upcoming season of Casual in Hulu. This would allow alternate versions of popular X-Men characters-maybe played by other actors-who aren't too big to do a TV show.

About 52% of the 1,000 people who responded said that the challenges faced by the Trump administration early on are "real problems" and "unique to this administration".

All of this is relevant to consider when discussing the Mainstream Media's War on Trump in order to understand just how unprecedented the whole campaign has become.

The poll found the president's personal favorability rating, 43 percent positive and 47 percent negative, to be stable compared to previous polls.

His national security advisor, Michael Flynn, also resigned after it emerged that Flynn had lied to Vice President Mike Pence about his contacts with the Russian ambassador prior to Trump's inauguration.

Since Lee assumed a bigger role, Samsung promised to inject the company's top-down hierarchy with a nimble, startup-like attitude. The prosecutors first sought to arrest Lee in January, but a judge turned down that request, citing a lack of evidence.

Divisions over Trump's moves to temporarily ban travel to the United States by people from seven majority-Muslim countries also reflect a profound partisan split. "They are the enemy of the people", he said.

When a similar question was asked in the third year of Mr. Clinton's first term, 45% said news coverage of the president was fairly well balanced, while about one-third said it was biased against Mr. Clinton and 16% said it was biased in his favor. "Sad!", the President said taking to Twitter.

President Trump will be the greatest economic President ever, providing the greatest increase in prosperity for all the American People in our history.

The poll was conducted February 18-22. Women believe Trump will bring the right kind of change by an 18-point margin.
