Trump Asks African-American Reporter to Arrange Meeting with Congressional Black Caucus

Ryan showed up on CNN this afternoon to discuss the presser and Trump's request for her to set up a meeting between the CBC and the president.

Rep. Elijah Cummings slammed President Donald Trump for telling reporters Thursday the Maryland Democrat had cancelled a meeting with him because it could damage him politically.

Ryan said on MSNBC that she would be happy to cover such a meeting between Trump and the CBC as a reporter.

"Are they friends of yours?"

"Set up the meeting", Trump replied. I would love to meet the Congressional Black Caucus.

Patriots' comeback earns Chicago man a date with tennis star Genie Bouchard
The Patriots would then go on to record one of the greatest Super Bowl comebacks of all-time with Tom Brady picking up his fifth title.

Led by Congressional Black Caucus Chairman Cedric Richmond (D-La.), a press conference was initially called to express the lawmakers' objections to the pending confirmation of Alabama Sen.

During the presser, Trump took a question from April Ryan, a longtime journalist who is now the White House correspondent for American Urban Radio Networks. He was probably told - he was probably told "don't meet with Trump". "But thank you for answering my questions". "Let's go. I think it's great", Trump said.

"He was all excited, and then he said, 'Oh, I can't move".

"I'll tell you what, do you want to set up the meeting?" he said.

"Set up the meeting", Trump continued.

Ireland Set For 2017 Six Nations Campaign
It will be a tough reflection on Monday. "We got narrow in defence, we weren't physical, and we knew they'd come at us". Ireland mounted a comeback with tries from Iain Henderson and Paddy Jackson to put Joe Schmidt's side within one point.

President Trump falsely accused one of the caucus' most prominent members of ditching a planned get-together because of political pressure.

On any other day with any other president, a member of the Congress claiming that the president made up a story about him would be at the top of the news headlines, but in the era of Trump, it gets overlooked and consumed by a title wave of other falsehoods. Last week, she reportedly had a heated exchange with White House communications staffer Omarosa Manigault. "I do want to solve the problem". Ryan asked after he said he'd look "very hard" at education, health care, and other plans.

The CBC responded on Twitter linking to a letter the group sent Trump on January 19 asking him to engage with it on his "New Deal for Black America".

Honestly, we are edging dangerously close to Trump going full-racist.
